Last updated: 28 February 2026

At Digisoft ZA, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and digital product purchases are handled.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 90 days from the date of delivery.

2. Returns

We accept returns for:

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Non-defective items (change of mind).

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Return Conditions

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted regardless of whether the item has been used.

Change of Mind Returns

To qualify for a return based on a change of mind:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation where applicable.

Digisoft ZA reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 90 days of delivery for eligible items.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Where a replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

5. Return Method

Returns are handled by mail.

After your return request has been approved:

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• You must securely package the item and attach the supplied return label.

6. Fees

• Return shipping: Free

• Restocking fees: None

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

8. Digital Products and Software License Keys

Due to the nature of digital products, software license keys, activation codes, downloadable software, and digital subscriptions, special conditions apply.

Once a software license key, activation code, digital subscription, or other digital product has been successfully delivered and redeemed, activated, registered, or used, it is considered consumed and cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded.

Refunds or replacements for digital products may only be considered where:

• The activation key or license supplied is defective and cannot be activated.

• The incorrect product was supplied by Digisoft ZA.

• The product is materially different from its description.

• Refund rights are otherwise required under applicable South African law.

Customers experiencing activation or technical issues must contact Digisoft ZA support before requesting a refund. We may require evidence of the issue and may attempt troubleshooting before approving a refund or replacement.
